Welcome to the Toe River Arts Council's Homepage. We are a non-profit organization located in the mountains of Western North Carolina. We are dedicated to promoting and serving the arts through programs and services offered to local schools, local artists and to our community.
We sponsor nine annual community events each year in addition to other programming opportunities at the TRAC Center, schools, and other locations.
Check out our Local Calendar of Events and Galleries/Exhibitions pages for other cultural events in our communities.
