We live at 3500 feet in Ellijay Township about half way between Franklin & Highlands. Until Frontier came in we did not have high speed I'net at all and it became available to us almost as soon as Frontier came in. It works perfectly. We are summer sissies and have DLS with AT&T at our winter home in Jacksonville, Fl. - Frontier is equal to our service w/AT&T except the customer service with Frontier is much, much better - wish it was available in Jax.

Our complaint is that we cannot get any reception whatsoever with any brand of mobile phone and that is a detriment to all areas in NC w/o cell service. NC is a major tourist area and parttime people along with nearly all tourists to the state have the same complaint. I don't know if you have any influence but we need more towers! Verizon does not get the job done as they are too propriatory (sp?)- we have T-Mobile and can jump off on the towers of AT&T, Sprint and several others but never Verizon - please bring in more cell phone access - it will help in all areas, new home buyers, tourism, etc.
