David Alperin found this 1889 silver dollar and silver money clip in dry sand at a beach in Rehobeth Beach, DE. Note the small screw on either side of the coin that tightens the retaining ring around the coin.

David was using his Minelab Soverign with the new Minelab Tornado 10" coil. He was hunting with 0 Disc, 0 Notch & the Sensitivity at about 10 o'clock. The money clip was the second signal he got. It was about 2" down in the dry sand. The signal sounded like a beer can. He almost didn't dig it, but he remembered Ed saying "You have to dig all signals at the beach".
