Adult Education Classes at The NC Arboretum

The North Carolina Arboretum is please to announce the following Adult Education Program Calendar for Classes starting in August and running through December 2010.

Classes starting very soon include:

~ Summer Flora of the Blue Ridge: a 6-week series starting Wednesday, July 28, at 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

~ Contemporary Floral Design: Fusion Flowers Thursday, July 29, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

~ Exploring Watercolor Saturday, July 31, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

~ Introduction to Bird Watching Wednesday, August 4, 8:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.

~ Watercolor For Anyone: a 3-day workshop Thursday – Saturday, August 12-14, 9am to 4pm

~ An Introduction to the Butterflies and Moths of Western North Carolina: a 4-week series starting Thursday, August 12

~ Making Hypertufa Containers Thursday, August 12, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
