Healthy Aging Week Wellness Expo

Come join in the kick off to Active Aging Week in WNC through a celebration of health and wellness at the Land-of-Sky Regional Council's Annual Wellness Expo Monday, September 20th at the Biltmore Square Mall from 10am-2pm. This free event will be packed full of activities such as exercise demonstrations, flu shots, health exhibits and a volunteer fair.
