Regional Author Talk Series at UNC Asheville Kicks Off with Susan Reinhardt

UNC Asheville begins a new series, Regional Author Talks, with a special evening appearance by Susan Reinhardt, author and Asheville Citizen-Times columnist. Regional Author Talks will feature well-known Western North Carolina writers on many Tuesdays this fall. All are free and open to the public.

Reinhardt will be the guest speaker at the opening reception at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, in the Glass House adjacent to UNC Asheville’s Ramsey Library. Reinhardt’s Asheville Citizen-Times columns are syndicated through Gannett newspapers, and have won three Best of Gannett awards. The author of three books, Reinhardt’s latest is “Dishing With the Kitchen Virgin,” a collection of humorous anecdotes spun from everyday life in the South.
