These eight-eight Gargoyles lend an air of fantasy which complements the floral designs adorning the building.

They are reminiscent of figures found on many European churches.

Some are believed torepresent actual indivuals: The one with the pig nose is rumored to be the likeness of a local resident who passed worthless checks to Dr. Grove!
