For 2010, we held our first board meeting at 6pm on January 24, and discussed the topics listed in meeting minutes.  Our second board meeting was on February 21 (meeting minutes).

The first board meeting was held on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009 at the Lake Junaluksa Shoney's. Here are minutes from that meeting.
The minutes from our first organizational meeting on Feb. 10, 2009 are also available.

At the Feb. 17 meeting, the board developed a set of bylaws by which the club will be governed.
