LOCATION: Webster Enterprises is located on the corner of Highway 116 and Little Savannah Road in Webster.
PURPOSE: Webster Enterprises of Jackson County, Inc. is a private, non-profit, corporation that provides vocational assessment and evaluation, work adjustment training, and supportive services to any eligible individual who has a disability that creates a substantial barrier to employment. The goal of Webster Enterprises is to provide services that will help participants develop transferable skills, attitudes and behaviors to enhance their vocational potential and ability to be successful in their employment objectives.
SERVICES:
VOCATIONAL EVALUATION - a delivery of assessment services that determines
vocational assets and liabilities and recommendations for future goals
and objectives.
WORK ADJUSTMENT/JOB COACHING - "getting people used to working", a community based job coaching program designed to match individuals to jobs within their communities and to train them for the job using a work adjustment job coach at each worksite.
ADULT DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITY PROGRAM - designed for those with substantial developmental and physical disabilities to help maximize pre-vocational skills, independent functions, and social adjustment.
EXTENDED WORK SERVICES EMPLOYMENT - a program designed for those individuals who are productive, but are currently unable to maintain steady community based employment.
