Cotton Mill Studios building in River Arts District for sale

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Owners of Cotton Mill Studios have decided to sell the building.

They say the sale is to allow them to embark on new creative and philanthropic ventures in Asheville and the River Arts District.

The building is a turn-of-the-century industrial property in the River Arts District that is home to art studios, offices and a restaurant and bar.

As stewards of Cotton Mill Studios, artist/owners Denise Carbonell and Derek Dominey have promoted the location as a community gathering place, supported local artists and actively cultivated the general popularity and continued growth of the business district.
