CANCELLATION-HYPNOSIS-RELAXATION CLASS: Originally scheduled for Thursdays in September.

SIGN UP FOR WRITING WORKSHOP: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sept. 16 through Oct. 7. This non-judgmental workshop is designed to provide inspiration and promote writing. Fit-4-Life with Phyllis: 9-10 a.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays. Intermediate to advanced; increase your bone mass; improve your flexibility, balance and endurance to music. Cost is $2 per session. In the multipurpose room.

Blood pressure screening: 10 a.m. to noon every Tuesday in Room 230.

COA Mart van: in addition to regular rides from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to medical appointments, the van provides rides to local markets and stores. Rides to the Senior Diner and the COA always free. Call 978-844-6809 for rides.
