Brevard Music Center and United Way of Transylvania County have teamed up to reward Transylvania County School System employees who support the community through United Way. BMC provided 10 TCS workplace-giving campaign participants with a pair of event tickets.

Sara Jerome, manager of Special Events and Partnerships at BMC, Kevin Smith, TCS Community Relations Coordinator, Rosman Elementary Principal Bob Dinsdale, and UWTC CEO Louis Negrón selected the names in a series of random drawings.

The winners represent each individual school campus and the central administration building.

“Brevard Music Center is proud to offer the gift of music to some of our local educators who not only work hard in the classroom, but who also give to the community through United Way,” Jerome said.

Winning a pair of tickets to a performance of choice and the Maestro Lounge, and a VIP Parking pass are Melonie Harris for Brevard Elementary, Katie Messmer for Brevard Middle, Meredith Light for Brevard High, Paige Capps for Pisgah Forest Elementary, Jessica Ammons for Rosman Elementary, Laura Smith and Christy Bryson for Rosman Middle and Rosman High, Amy Hutchinson Woods TC Henderson, Joe Russo for Davidson River, and Kevin Smith for the Morris Education Center.
