Subject: Request for reply to our letter of November 6, 1997

Dear Mr. Rice,

Your reply to our letter of November 6, 1997 will be greatly appreciated. Our organization, going by conversations with you last February and March, anticipated that your discussions with the Advisory Council would be complete and recommendations for correcting the negative elements in the Kiwanis Terrific Kids program prepared by October 1997. An update report from you would be appreciated. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Monroe Gilmour

Higher priorities continue to arise. I have not had time to work on the Terrific Kids bulletin. Comments from members of the Advisory Council supported offering a range of recognition systems in the service bulletin. I will continue to seek input as opportunities arise.
