This is a "shrinkwrap" agreement. The courts have held that shrinkwrap agreements are enforceable, whether or not you have read them or understand them. By following a link to my page (retrieving my URL) you have agreed to the following:

You will indemnify me against anything and everything whatsoever, in perpetuity. I own your firstborn, but you will feed, shelter, and care for her or him until such time as I opt to exercise the rights and prerogatives of my ownership.

You also agree to my every whim, whether or not I post them here from time to time.

Recourse: you have none.
