Discontinue your membership by calling 1-800-213-0992, from 9am to 9pm ET, Monday through Friday, and from 10am - 7pm ET on Saturday. If you joined Prodigy Internet through a special rebate promotion, please be aware that early cancellation penalties may apply if you cancel before the end of your commitment term. They must speak to the account owner in order to cancel the membership.

To remove the Prodigy software from your computer, refer to your documentation or ask a Prodigy service representative.
